Information Text within the Scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698
a) Data Controller
As Pera Otomasyon Bilgi Teknolojileri (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), we hereby inform you that we process your personal data in our capacity as data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “PDPL”) and other relevant legislation.
b) Processed Personal Data
In accordance with the PDPL and other relevant legislation, your personal data consisting of your identity and contact information (name-surname, telephone number and e-mail address) will be processed within the scope of the purposes and legal reasons specified in this Information Text.
c) Purposes for which Personal Data will be Processed

As stated in Article 5/2 of the PDPL:

It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,

It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,

Data will be processed based on the legal grounds that data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
d) To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data Can Be Transferred
As a rule, your personal data processed by our company is not transferred to any natural or legal person. However, in accordance with Article 8/2-a of the Personal Data Protection Law, it may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations, if necessary or upon official request, for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations under relevant legislation, without the explicit consent of the relevant person.
e) Transfer Abroad
Your personal data processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5/2 of the PDPL may be transferred in accordance with the conditions for transfer abroad in Article 9/2 of the PDPL, provided that these are limited to the following situations, as the sales and marketing activities of the Company's products and services are carried out through online software systems whose databases are located abroad:

Foreign countries declared to have adequate protection by the Personal Data Protection Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) (“Foreign Countries with Adequate Protection”),

To countries where the data controllers in Türkiye and the relevant foreign country undertake to provide adequate protection in writing and where the Board's permission is available (“Foreign Country Where the Data Controller Who Undertakes to Provide Adequate Protection Is Located”).
Data transfer abroad will be carried out by taking all necessary security measures in accordance with the Board decisions and relevant regulations.
f) Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is obtained electronically through the website, by filling out the contact form, sending an e-mail message and visiting the website, by automatic or non-automatic means, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the PDPL, in order to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (c) of this text.
g) Your Rights Under Article 11 of the PDPL
As a data subject, you have rights under Article 11 of the PDPL. To exercise these rights, in accordance with Article 13 of the PDPL and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller;

h) Storage Period of Personal Data
The Company deletes, destroys, annihilates or anonymizes personal data if the purpose of processing personal data is eliminated and the mandatory storage periods determined in accordance with the relevant legislation expire.
i) Changes and Updates
This Disclosure Statement has been prepared within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation. If there are any changes to the Company's personal data processing purposes and policies regarding relevant legal regulations, this statement will be updated as necessary.
